Paid $100 extra for balcony/terrace which I did not receive and they were booked so no upgrade was possible and no discount recieved. Rooms are much smaller than they look in the pictures. Overlooked the parking lot. Bed felt like a queen size roll away cot. The bathroom seemed updated but not the room itself. The river was a nice view for those lucky to have one. Priced above what it should be for the room quality.
Great stay. Pool was perfect, and kids loved the breakfast. Staff is kind and attentive. Definitely recommend.
People very polite an friendly, rooms nice and spacious, nice TV and beds. Great view of river sitting on patio. Love the town of Dillsboro. The breakfast was excellent, full breakfast! Nice view of the mountains. We enjoyed it very much! We think Dillsboro is our favorite Best Western
Convenient location for fly-fishing weekend escapes. A short drive to several excellent fishing spots (which I won't divulge). Not sure there's any other reason to stay here. Nothing fancy about the hotel.
Stayed 2 nights. 11/2/17 n another. Fantastic. Sweetest staff. Delicious breakfast. River in back Beautiful. Super clean. Just loved it. Will go back.
